About Harvest Tickets

All of our tickets include primitive, next-to-car camping. A free day parking lot is available on-site for those who do not wish to camp overnight. Upgraded camping options are available such as RV Camping Passes and Early Arrival Passes. All ticket prices have additional service and shipping fees, if applicable.

This is a very family friendly event, and children 11 and younger are free with a paying adult. Children ages 12 and older require a paid admission ticket (note: this policy does not apply to VIP tickets). A designated Family Camping area is available with a 'lights out' policy at 11:00pm every night.

Event + Camping Passes

Three Day Pass - $115

  • Super Early Bird Price: $115, plus fees, per person
  • Price above include $6 Facility Fee
  • Access to all shows Thursday October 11 – Saturday October 13

VIP Pass - $405

  • Adults: $405, plus fees, per person
  • Children ages 7-16: $156, plus fees, per child
  • Children ages 1-6: $56, plus fees, per child
  • All prices above include $6 Facility Fee
  • Access to all shows Thursday October 11 - Saturday October 13
  • Includes meals, beverage service, upfront viewing, bathroom facilities, VIP lounge, and round-the-clock super friendly staff
  • Includes primitive, next-to-car camping in the shaded VIP campground, plus free early arrival privileges on Wednesday
  • No water or electric hookups are provided in VIP, please review our Reserved Campsites for water/electric amenities

Two Day Pass

  • Two Day Passes go on-sale in late June/early July.
  • Price above includes $6 Facility Fee

  • Primitive, next-to-car camping included in ticket cost
  • Children 11 and younger are free with a paying adult
  • Two Day Passes go on-sale in late June/early July.

Saturday Pass

  • Saturday Passes go on-sale in late June/early July.
  • Price above includes $6 Facility Fee
  • Access to all shows Saturday October 13
  • Primitive, next-to-car camping included in ticket cost
  • Children 11 and younger are free with a paying adult
  • Saturday Passes go on-sale in late June/early July.

Upgraded Camping Options

Wednesday "Early Arrival" Pass - $29

  • $29, plus fees, per person
  • Beat the rush and get in a day early!  Camp within steps to all the stages!
  • Each person must also have a Three Day Pass.
  • Only available to Three Day Pass holders.  Not available to Two Day or Saturday Pass holders.
  • Note: VIP, Reserved Campsites, and RV Unreserved Camping Passes include free early arrival privileges.  There is no need to purchase Early Arrival for VIP, Reserved or RV Unreserved passes.
  • PURCHASE EARLY ARRIVAL PASSES ONLINE

RV Unreserved

  • RV Unreserved Passes go on-sale in late June/early July.
  • A very limited amount of RV Unreserved Passes are available.
  • The following vehicles are classified as an "RV"
    • Any vehicle over 25 foot in length
    • Any RV or DOT Class B vehicle
    • Any vehicle towing a camper, trailer, or RV of any size.  If you're hitching anything, it's an RV.
  • Up to eight (8) people per RV Unreserved Pass.  Each person must also have an Event Pass (Three Day, Two Day, or Saturday Pass).
  • RV Unreserved Camping passes include free Early Arrival privileges with Three Day Pass holders.  There is no need to purchase an additional Early Arrival Pass.
  • All "RVs" must camp in the designated RV Unreserved Campground.  This campground does not provide any water/electric hookups.  Please review our Reserved Campsites for these amenities.
  • Any vehicle that requires an RV Unreserved Camping Pass but arrives at the festival without a camping pass will be turned around, no exceptions!
  • ADA/Wheelchair RV Unreserved is for our patrons who require wheelchair or other accessibility needs.   A very limited number of "RVs" are allowed in the Accessible Campground, located just south of the Harvest tent.  A state issued ADA license plate or placard is required to stay in the Accessible Campground.
  • RV Unreserved Passes go on-sale in late June/early July.

Reserved Campsites

  • Reserved Campsites go on-sale in late June/early July.
  • An extremely limited amount of Reserved Campsites are available
  • The entire Reserved Campground is shaded, and each campsite includes water and electric hookups.  Reserved Campsite holders also have access to the permanent restroom/shower house.
  • Reserved Campsites include free Early Arrival privileges with Three Day Pass holders.  There is no need to purchase an additional Early Arrival Pass.
  • Up to eight (8) people per Reserved Campsite 
  • This is a campsite only.  Each person must also have an event pass (VIP, Three Day, Two Day, or Saturday).
  • Up to two (2) vehicles are allowed at each campsite, only one of which may be an "RV." The following vehicles are classified as an "RV"
    • Any vehicle over 25 foot in length
    • Any RV or DOT Class B vehicle
    • Any vehicle towing a camper, trailer, or RV of any size.  If you're hitching anything, it's an RV.
  • Reserved Campsites go on-sale in late June/early July.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL; no refunds or exchanges FOR ANY REASON. Harvest Music Festival 2012 is RAIN or SHINE. All acts and times are subject to change. Tickets will begin shipping in early August.

About our service fees: we make every effort to keep our service fees as low as possible. These fees help cover the cost of ticketing operations, which include but are not limited to ticketing software fees, credit card fees, labor, ticket stock, phone fees, and more.
